As a buyer, we will find your next boat, determine an appropriate offer based on detailed market analysis of recent sales comparables, handle the initial offer, any subsequent counter-offers and negotiations, and accompany you on the sea trial and survey ensuring you an informed and optimized buyer experience at no charge. Our partnerships with local marine title companies ensures thorough lien search, title report, documentation and escrow services bring the transaction to a successful conclusion.

Seller Representation

When it comes to selling your boat, we recognize you have a wide choice of brokers to choose from. Our location in the West Sound enables us to readily show your listing at short notice 7 days a week; our expertise and market knowledge ensure your boat will be priced appropriately and that your investment is treated with the care and professionalism it deserves during the sales process. In addition to handling all offers and negotiations on your behalf, we always attend all showings, sea trials and surveys to ensure your interests are continuously represented and protected. In addition, we can provide you a monthly snapshot with graphical displays of online activity throughout the listing period. Within a few business days of engaging our services we will meet with you in person, photograph your vessel, develop a detailed spec. sheet and have your boat listed online with global exposure.
